Team Up Philly girls shine bright at the Philadelphia Chinese Lantern Festival
Team Up Philly visited the Philadelphia Chinese Lantern Festival, igniting curiosity and immersing us in a world of vibrant colors and culture.
Held annually in Franklin Square, the Philadelphia Chinese Lantern Festival is a celebration of Chinese art, culture, and tradition. It features an incredible display of illuminated lanterns showcasing mythical creatures, iconic landmarks, and elements of Chinese folklore.
As we walked through the festival grounds, we were greeted by dragons, pandas, and delicate lotus flowers. We had the chance to witness traditional Chinese performances, including mesmerizing acrobatics and dance routines.
The Philadelphia Chinese Lantern Festival not only lit up the night sky, but also our hearts and minds. Reminding us of the power of cultural exchange and sharing cultural traditions from near and far.
We came together to honor remarkable women in sports, celebrate the achievements of our girls, and fuel our mission.
An Olympian, trailblazer, and extraordinary role model in the world of sports.
When a child steps onto the court, relationships, self-worth, and emotional awareness come into play.
This celebration of Chinese art, culture, and tradition left us inspired.
We're thankful for the recognition and support from our funding partners.
